Evaluating manuscripts objectively based on their academic merit, originality, and relevance.

Providing clear, constructive, and respectful comments supported by scholarly arguments.

Identifying relevant scholarly literature that may have been overlooked by the authors.

Informing the editor of potential ethical concerns, including plagiarism, duplicate publication, or inappropriate citation practices.

Completing the review within the agreed timeframe and notifying the editor promptly if a delay is anticipated.

2. CONFIDENTIALITY

Manuscripts submitted for peer review must be treated as confidential academic documents. Reviewers must not disclose, distribute, reproduce, or use unpublished manuscript content for personal or professional advantage.
